c986422a3d feat(mail(web)): Templates folder for pre-defined drafts 
To create a template, the user needs to:

 - define a mailbox as the Templates folder;
 - move a draft to this special folder.

589cfaa2f4 feat(core): Support smtps and STARTTLS for SMTP 
Support uri schemes for SMTP, enabling STARTTLS and SMTPS for SMTP
connections.

The new format for configuration value SMTPServer supports passing a
URI scheme (either smtp:// or smtps://). To support old configurations,
if no scheme is given, smtp:// is assumed.

256a64172e (feature) Custom base font size for HTML messages
