Fix blur of active element on click on a draggable

This bug has yet to be officially part of jQuery UI, therefore this commit updates jquery-ui to version 1.10.3 patched with commit fcd1caf: https://github.com/jquery/jquery-ui/commit/fcd1cafac8afe3a947676ec018e844eeada5b9de
