Adds 43 more high-confidence aliases from the top IPv4-weighted misses remaining after #712. Bumps ASN-domain coverage of the bundled ipinfo lite MMDB from 84.0% to 85.0% — modest, as expected; the tail is a long list of small ASNs where diminishing returns kick in hard. This is the last bulk alias pass. Any remaining gap should be filled by falling back to the raw `as_name` from the MMDB at attribution time, not by continuing to hand-classify thousands of small ASNs. Also promotes nask.pl out of known_unknown_base_reverse_dns.txt — NASK is the Polish national research and academic network, which is unambiguous from ASN context. parsedmarc
parsedmarc is a Python module and CLI utility for parsing DMARC
reports. When used with Elasticsearch and Kibana (or Splunk), it works
as a self-hosted open-source alternative to commercial DMARC report
processing services such as Agari Brand Protection, Dmarcian, OnDMARC,
ProofPoint Email Fraud Defense, and Valimail.
