A parse error occurred.

## Parameters
|
|
|
|
`position` (in)
|
|
: the position in the input where the error occurs
|
|
|
|
`last_token` (in)
|
|
: the last read token
|
|
|
|
`ex` (in)
|
|
: an exception object describing the error
|
|
|
|
## Return value
|
|
|
|
Whether parsing should proceed (**must return `#!cpp false`**).
|
|
|
|
