Export json_sax_dom_parser from the C++20 module for MSVC

MSVC needs the detail classes that basic_json befriends to be visible in
the module (#3970, as json_sax_dom_callback_parser); with its new
template parameter, json_sax_dom_parser failed in ci_module_cpp20
(C2039, not a member of nlohmann::detail).
