Test that the writers' loops for arrays and objects keep the range checks
Runs of numbers and scalar object members are encoded by loops of their own for the number types up to 64 bits. A number type wider than that has to take the generic path, which throws out_of_range.407 for an integer that does not fit. The test writes arrays and objects with such an integer in every format, checks the partial output of a failing CBOR and BON8 write, and compares the bytes of the values that do fit with those of the 64-bit number types.
