SOGo

Added the SOGoUserManager class (not used right now) to cache user preferences. Fixed tons of bugs wrt invitations handling and more cleanup needs to be done.

SoObjects
=========

The SoObjects directory contains SOPE "path controller" objects, those objects
which are bound to the URL traversal path.

Also contained is a common library for such objects (libSOGo).
