When viewing a calendar, 4 buttons allow to switch between the day,
week, month and multicolumnday views. Each of these view show the
button to swith to the day view as disabled, regradless of which view is
in use.
Adjust markup to disable the button of the current view instead of the
one used to switch to the day view.
- more contrasted primary palette;
- white toolbars for list and detail views;
- modules navigation always visible;
- wrapped detail views into a md-card;
- moved preferences button to the sidenav;
- moved the sidenav toggle button to the top toolbar;
- new "flip" visual effect when looking at the raw source of cards and
messages.
Creating an event or a task using the contextual menu will now consider
the day and hour of the menu position (fixes#2557).
The next/previous day/month menu options have been fixed.
The menu will now disappear when clicking outside the contextual menu on
the calendar area.
