* NGLogAppender.[hm]: introduced -formattedEvent:, currently not
configurable.
* NGLogSyslogAppender.m: works as expected now.
* NGLogger.m: uses new default (see README) to select the default
appender. Not optimal, but sufficient.
* NGLogConsoleAppender.m: changed to use -formattedEvent: now.
