we now make use of -[SOGoParentFolder
lookupPersonalFolder:ignoringRights:] with @"personal" and YES as
arguments.
* SoObjects/Appointments/SOGoAppointmentFolder.m
(-lookupCalendarFolderForUID:): removed useless method, which can
be replaced with -[SOGoUser personalCalendarFolderInContext:].
