Default is "no".

method that returns the value of SOGoUIxUserCanChangePassword.
* UI/MainUI/SOGoUserHomePage.m ([SOGoUserHomePage +initialize]):
scan the value of SOGoUIxDefaultModule. If not set, the default
module defaults to "Calendar".
