subclassed from MAPIStoreFSMessageTable, that provides the
interface for FAI messages in MAPIStoreContext.
* OpenChange/MAPIStoreFSBaseContext.[hm]: renamed from
MAPIStoreFileSystemBaseContext. Old table methods (see below)
split into the new "MAPIStoreFSMessageTable" class.
