Peter Albrecht 8de4401bb5 Changed URL for key-file ...

The keyfile provided by restic's own webserver (https://restic.net) should be
more stable than relying on public keyservers. So I changed the URL to the
GPG keyfile, as recommended by MichaelEischer.
