Erik Arvstedt 4babfa1a5b Set default empty PAPERLESS_EMAIL_SECRET ...

Previously, if the user didn't set PAPERLESS_EMAIL_SECRET, Paperless
failed with an error in check_body() because self.SECRET was None.
