Niels Lohmann a5a6c01ec6 Address review of the BON8 documentation

Restore the correct statement that marker bytes cannot begin a UTF-8 character (0x80..0xBF occur in valid UTF-8 as continuation bytes), and reword two sentences.

cd json

make install_venv serve -C docs/mkdocs
