Both macros select between definitions of the same inline functions, so
translation units that disagree on them violated the ODR. Like the other
ABI-affecting macros, they now add a tag to the inline namespace (_vns and
_vssse3), and the docs replace the "Define consistently" warning with the
usual ABI compatibility note. From gregmarr's review of #5628.
nlohmann_json.natvis covers twice as many tags now, so it lists four times
as many namespaces (14.7 MB instead of 3.4 MB).

- Avoid implicit unsigned char to char conversion in stream tests
- Make file_input_adapter::unlock() safe to call on a moved-from adapter

* Add ABI tags for JSON_DISABLE_STREAM_BULK_SCAN and JSON_DISABLE_UNLOCKED_FILE_IO
Both macros select between two definitions of an input adapter, so
translation units compiled with different settings violated the ODR when
linked together. Like the other ABI-affecting macros, they now append a
tag to the inline namespace: _dsbs and _dufio. Their defaults move to
abi_macros.hpp so that json_fwd.hpp sees them, and the natvis file is
regenerated for the new namespaces.

* Match ABI tag order in namespace tests to abi_macros.hpp
NLOHMANN_JSON_ABI_TAGS concatenates the tags as _diag, _ldvcmp, _dp,
but the default and noversion ABI tests expected _diag, _dp, _ldvcmp.
The tests therefore failed whenever both JSON_DIAGNOSTIC_POSITIONS and
JSON_USE_LEGACY_DISCARDED_VALUE_COMPARISON were enabled, a combination
CI never exercises. Reorder the expectations to match the header.
Also document the _dp tag in the namespace feature page, which listed
only _diag and _ldvcmp.

* Test the ABI namespace with all ABI tags enabled
Build the default and noversion ABI config tests a second time with
JSON_DIAGNOSTICS, JSON_DIAGNOSTIC_POSITIONS and
JSON_USE_LEGACY_DISCARDED_VALUE_COMPARISON all set, so the expected tag
order is checked on every test run instead of depending on which CMake
options a CI job happens to enable.
