Add json_document and json_view, a read-only, zero-copy index of a
JSON text, as the first public slice of the zero-copy view (#5295).
A parse produces a flat array of 16-byte nodes in document order,
one per value and one per object key. Strings stay in the source
text; escaped strings are decoded into an arena. Integers are
converted while their digits are in the cache; floats keep only
their digit layout and are converted on read. Containers store the
size of their subtree, so a reader can step over one in constant
time. A document makes a handful of allocations, however many
values it has.
The parser accepts exactly what json::parse accepts, with every
combination of ignore_comments and ignore_trailing_commas, with and
without a trailing NUL, and under JSON_STRICT_NUL_HANDLING. It is
portable C++11 and does not depend on byte order.
basic_json_document adds parse, parse_copy, accept, read (reuses a
document's memory), root, is_discarded, source, owns_source,
node_count, memory_usage, and shrink_to_fit. basic_json_view adds
type, the is_* queries, operator bool, size, empty, materialize,
and source_offset. A parse error throws the same exception
basic_json::parse would throw for the same input, message and
position included.
detail::abi_config keeps JSON_STRICT_NUL_HANDLING and
JSON_USE_LEGACY_DISCARDED_VALUE_COMPARISON readable after json.hpp
undefines them, in the ABI namespace so they always match the
basic_json in use.
A NUL byte that ends a // comment is the end of the input, as in
parse() since #5696.

* Add JSON_NO_UDLS to leave out the user-defined string literals
The bodies of operator""_json and operator""_json_pointer call the
parser, so every translation unit including the library instantiates it,
even if it never parses anything. Defining JSON_NO_UDLS leaves the
literals out entirely, which saves 15-35% compile time for such
translation units (#5294). Nothing changes if the macro is not defined.

* Mention JSON_NO_UDLS in the list of exported module symbols

* Move the user-defined string literals to <nlohmann/json_literals.hpp>
Following the review in #5294, the literals now live in their own header
instead of being removed entirely: <nlohmann/json.hpp> includes it at the
end unless JSON_NO_AUTOMATIC_UDLS (renamed from JSON_NO_UDLS) is defined,
so a project can opt out globally and include the header only where the
literals are used.
The header only uses public and standard macros, because the library's
internal macros are undefined at the end of json.hpp and the amalgamation
inlines macro_scope.hpp only once. For the same reason, the library no
longer defines and undefines JSON_USE_GLOBAL_UDLS, so a user's definition
is still visible to the header. The single-header copy is identical to
the multi-header one, as it only includes <nlohmann/json.hpp>. The module
always exports the literals.

* Fix CI: include cycle, GCC 4.8 literal operator spacing, and global UDLs off in the JSON_NO_AUTOMATIC_UDLS test
- Suppress clang-tidy misc-header-include-cycle on the intentional mutual
include of json.hpp and json_literals.hpp.
- Use operator"" _json with a space for GCC 4.8 in the test's detection
aliases, as the header does.
- Only test the global literal operators when JSON_USE_GLOBAL_UDLS is on.

* Declare the literal operators through a local macro
The GCC 4.8 spacing condition was repeated for both operator definitions
and the global using-declarations. NLOHMANN_JSON_LITERAL_OPERATOR(suffix)
now selects operator""##suffix or operator"" suffix in one place and is
undefined at the end of json_literals.hpp.

* 📝 Fix documentation gaps for 3.13.0 release (todos 138-142)
- Todo 138: Add "Known issues" section to modules.md with compiler-specific troubleshooting (GCC redefinition, MSVC symbol export). Add pointer note to quality_assurance.md.
- Todo 139: Document CBOR/MessagePack half-precision float encoding for NaN/Infinity (0xF9/0xCA with exact byte sequences). Explain pre-3.13.0 double-precision bug mechanism without issue citations.
- Todo 140: Document CBOR negative-integer-overflow rejection (parse_error.112) for magnitudes exceeding int64_t range (already implemented in rev 1).
- Todo 141: Update version history in value.md and operator[].md with behavior-change details, removing issue citations per citation policy (prose is self-contained).
- Todo 142: Global sed replace of 3.12.x → 3.13.0 placeholder across all 20 documentation files.
Revision 2 incorporates feedback to reduce changelog-like issue citations. Only citations that add unique troubleshooting value are retained (#5103 for GCC workaround, #3970 for MSVC symbol export). "Known issues" section follows PR #5252's visual pattern (info admonition with bold-bullet format).

* 📝 Document integer type selection, type_name() invalid value, and std::optional get() fix
- number_handling.md: clarify that positive/negative integers select
unsigned/signed storage based on the leading minus sign (todo 143).
- type_name.md: document the new "invalid" return value for corrupted
JSON values (todo 145).
- get.md: note that get<std::optional<T>>() was unreachable in every
configuration prior to 3.13.0 due to an internal macro-guard bug,
unrelated to JSON_USE_IMPLICIT_CONVERSIONS's actual effect (todo 144).
